LCCH News

The London College of Clinical Hypnosis’ bi-annual Newsletter is sent free of charge not only to past and present LCCH students but to some 5,000 other hypnotherapy practitioners throughout the UK and Europe. Whilst the views expressed herein usually reflect and express the views of the LCCH we would nevertheless like to hear - and publish - general articles, news and opinions from any other ethical hypnotherapy organisation and practitioners. We aim to inform and update all of the profession about matters of interest to hypnotherapists and will need input from all legitimate sources. We intend to add another four - and possibly - eight more pages next year to accommodate the extra volume.
Please send your contribution to our offices or contact the LCCH News on 020-7706 3360 or by e-mail on editor@lcch.co.uk.

Student Liaison -
Recent appointment

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Farr as the newest member of our team, undertaking the duties vacated by the absence of Josephine Blyth, now courageously winning her battle against cancer. Amanda first became involved in the caring profession in 1993, working in community care. Trained in NLP, Counselling and Timeline Therapy, she is also a volunteer counsellor for the Cancer Resource Centre in Wandsworth. Amanda went on to develop her therapeutic skills by training with the LCCH, and after completing her Post-Graduate training she is now a full-time hypnotherapy practitioner in central London.

You will usually find Amanda attending our London-based training courses, however she is responsible for the nationwide organisation of the LCCH course supervisors and student interviews. Based during the week in our Central London Office, Amanda’s role as Student Liaison encompasses all aspects of student care from financial to therapeutic assistance.

All our love and best wishes go with Josephine who, as we all knew she would, responded both to her illness and treatment with the greatest of courage and determination. We look forward to welcoming you back soon, Josephine.

Any ex-students wishing to assist on training weekends by re-attending the course or to get involved with any aspect of the College, please contact Amanda on 020-7402 9037.
