Understanding the natural process of therapy, the why and how it works, can enable us therapists to appreciate the work that we do with our patients. Armed with this knowledge and understanding, therapists can deliver therapeutic techniques in the simplest and most effective way, so to achieve the best possible outcome for the patient.

Dr Ernest Lawrence Rossi, PhD coined the term "Implied Processing Heuristics' to explain what we do as hypnotherapists when we work with our patients. This masterclass is a culmination of Dr Rossi's outstanding research work, teachings, and therapeutic techniques delivered in simple, easy to understand concepts and structure. Dr Rossi has been likened to the "da Vinci' of today; those who fully appreciate and understand Dr Rossi's voluminous, incredible work and contribution to science, hypnosis and therapy, would fully support this likeness. After attending this masterclass you too may share these views.

Some of what you will learn:

• Implied Processing Heuristics - What does it mean? How do we use it?
• Natural body energy rhythms and hormonal release cycles - how they support the natural healing response.
• The bringing together of modern neuroscience and genomic research in order to support some of the concepts and theories presented.
• A natural 4 stage creative problem solving concept inherent in our existence and its use in therapy.

Application and practice of a simple natural therapeutic technique used by Dr Rossi will be demonstrated and practiced, so you can take this technique away and apply it in your therapy. You will also be given an opportunity to participate in the collection of research information for the Ernest Lawrence Rossi Foundation.

Tod Cury BSc, PDCHyp, MBSCH qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist with the LCCH in 2004. He has been in practice for over two years specialising in individual/corporate personal development programmes. A preventive medicine graduate from the School of Aerospace Medicine, USA and Business Management, University of Maryland, USA, Tod spent 6 years in clinical work, later moving to Glaxo pharmaceuticals then medical IT, holding executive and management positions in many global IT corporations. He currently manages a specialist software company that deals with information integration and semantic vocabulary analysis. Tod has personally applied the techniques of self hypnosis for the past 16 years.
