This is the beginners' level 1 Day introduction and requires no previous experience to attend.

EFT is a new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is a unique version of acupuncture except you don¹t use needles. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. The EFT Discovery Statement says:

"The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body¹s energy system."

And because our physical pains and diseases are so obviously connected with our emotions the following statement has also proven to be true...

"Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases."

Alison Munro BSc(Hons)Pysch;PDC.Hyp;MBSCH;EFT-ADV;AAMET. Alison qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist through the LCCH in 2001 and currently supervises and tutors for the college. She is an Advanced EFT Practitioner and an EFT Trainer. Her EFT trainings are approved by the EFT Founder, Gary Craig. Alison's private practice and EFT Level's 1 and 2 trainings are predominantly based in London.
