When I enter my password / userid I get the following message "Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection)."
You can safely ignore this message - it occurs only when specific options are enabled in the browser's settings and is just a warning notification. Adding lcch.co.uk to your list of trusted sites may mean that the message will not appear.

I keep having to enter my userid / password for each folder and I use the Opera browser.
In Opera click on "Tools", "Preferences", "Advanced", "Network" and uncheck "Send referrer information". Similar issues may apply to other browsers as well. If ZoneAlarm is installed disable it when accessing the resources.

I can't access the LCCH student eSpace?
The userid and password is case sensitive and must be entered exactly. There are no spaces in the userid or the password and both are entirely lowercase.
