What is the Bridging process?
Bridging means that a student demonstrates a capability of working to the academic standard required by
the University of West London. Bridging also covers the gaps in knowledge as a result of course changes
or, in the case of non-LCCH students, those of a different syllabus. LCCH lecturers conduct bridging.
Bridging allows former UK LCCH students and those with non-LCCH hypnotherapy qualifications to join our MSc programme in the UK. Bridging will be conducted by tutorial on a one to one, or small group basis, rather than in formal courses.
Non-LCCH trained students wishing to bridge should contact us to discuss the most appropriate level of entry into our programme. Former LCCH students bridge the last LCCH course they passed their exam on.
The bridging process is completed by UWL after moderation.

Does bridging get me a LCCH/TVU certificate?
No. Bridging simply advance-standing entry to the next course in the sequence eg CPPD bridging enables you to join the next PGCert course.
