(1) Course fees include all course materials.

(2) Upon full payment of the course fees all study material becomes the property of the student. However, all course material is subject to copyright and may not be used by anyone else.

(3) Fees paid, either in full or in part, are not refundable unless the course is cancelled. However, should you not be accepted to attend the course, your deposit will be refunded in full.

(4) In case of non-commencement of the Diploma Course, or, interruption of studies, London College of Clinical Hypnosis Limited will consider transferring students to an equivalent course within twelve months of enrolment.

(5) In the event of seriously overdue fee payments not being met, London College of Clinical Hypnosis Limited reserves the right to suspend all academic services to the student until the payments are resumed.

(6) In the event of a postponement of studies, additional payments may be required if the fees increase in the intervening period.

(7) Bookings for any course where the Certificate course is a mandatory prerequisite will not be accepted.

(8) These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
